On May 30, 2014, Judge Peter H. Kirwan of the Superior Court for the County of Santa Clara entered a default judgment for just under $1 million against four of the participants in the alleged fraud in Antonio Ocegueda, et al. v. Ken Nathanson et al., Case No. 1-11-CV-202525.

AVISO DE DEMANDA COLECTIVA Y ACUERDO PROPUESTO PARCIAL
El 30 de mayo de 2014, el Juez Peter H. Kirwan de la Corte Superior del Condado de Santa Clara dictó sentencia por un monto de un poco menos de 1 millón de dólares contra cuatro de los participantes en el supuesto fraude en el caso Antonio Ocegueda, et al. v. Ken Nathanson et al., No. de Caso 1-11- CV-202525.
