From August 21-August 28, 2013, the Lawyers’ Committee, other civil rights organizations and Americans around the country are celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his iconic “I Have A Dream” speech.  Across the country, people will honor this powerful moment in history and recognize that although we have made great advances in the struggle for racial justice, the “Dream” has not been fulfilled and the battle continues.
